This court was not so bad when I first moved in. Now there are a lot of empty lots and management come and go. In 10 years there have been an estimated 7 or more managers. The lot rent goes up every year. I am not sure what they do with the lot rent, but they don't do much maintenance to the side-walks or the roads. My neighbors are very nice. For what it is I would say that the lot rent needs to be cheaper. Until they get better management and start fixing the court up; I would not suggest that anyone move here.
