I have really enjoyed renting from EIP. Their properties are very nice and you get a lot of amenities for what you pay. They are also close to campus which is great for students. The staff is always very friendly and professional and ready to help with whatever questions you have or assistance you may need. The maintenance took a little while to fix issues a few times, but they always get it taken care of for you. Overall I would definitely recommend EIP.
